Kim Yeoman, President of American Relocation Alliance has 30 years of well-rounded corporate

relocation experience. Her background comprises of 24 years with Cartus where she held various

positions. In the latter part of her career, Kim managed the central and western region of the Cartus

Broker Network which included Century 21 Affiliated, Century 21 Award and Century 21 Everest. During

Kim’s tenure she relocated with her family twice through Cartus, giving her first-hand experience as a

transferring employee.

In 2016, Kim rounded out her expertise in relocation by moving to the brokerage side with Century 21

Everest in Ventura County, California where she spearheaded the development of their relocation

department. She also assisted Century 21 Beggins in Tampa, FL for a brief period before joining Century

21 Award in 2021 to lead the relocation department. Most recently Century 21 Award merged with

Century 21 Affiliated expanding Kim’s role, leading all relocation for their California and Midwest

markets.

Kim actively serves on several boards including the Century 21 Relocation Director Council, Navy Federal

Realty Plus, PACC (Powerful Active Competitive Companies), and was recently appointed President of

ARA (American Relocation Alliance). In addition, Kim is a member of ERC (Employee Relocation Council)

and holds her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional Designation).
