Justin Dauenhauer is the Director of Operations and Agent Engagement for Northwest Client Services, a division of Northwest Real Estate Brokers, LLC/The Tomlinson Family of Companies. The Tomlinson Family of Companies, a leading real estate brokerage group with offices in Washington, Montana, and Idaho representing three brands: Century 21, Sotheby’s International Realty and Coldwell Banker. Together The Tomlinson Family of Companies represents 26 real estate offices and over 1000 agents.  

Justin acts as liaison with external sources of business and manages the team of agents who work to service and convert referrals. He ensures the sources of business are responded to quickly and all procedures and metrics are met.

Justin knows that real estate is rooted in fostering relationships. That’s why he is focused on creating a collaborative, inviting atmosphere, for agents, clients, and partners.

Before joining Northwest Real Estate Brokers, Justin worked in many fields including customer service, healthcare, and technology. He gained experience in the healthcare field with a focus on client facing roles that allowed him to engage with those in need as well as support the staff and volunteers. Those experiences helped him to adapt to fast-paced business environments and perfect his attention to detail. He moved on to a variety of executive assistant roles that enhanced his technical and marketing skills.

As a personal assistant, Justin learned the importance of being flexible and being able to pivot as needed to ensure a smooth process flow. These skills have translated into the world of relocation by creating a heightened awareness of how important the role of the client services group is in the process. He is highly focused on ensuring the agent team is prepared to serve the customers and that the appropriate resources are available to the transferees.

Northwest Client Services works with a broad base of relocation service providers, corporations, brokers, and internet lead sources. Justin enjoys the variety of types of business and knows the importance of following the expectations from each source. His attention to detail ensures all sources that their referrals will take high priority.

Justin is a member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, acting as President for the Greater Spokane chapter as well as a board member for the American Relocation Alliance. He is a proud military family member who understands the challenges military families face when relocating. Justin graduated from Montana State University with his Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing.
